Meet Gabriela, LMFT.

You’re already stronger than you think you are.

unhealthy interactional patterns

You remember a time when feeling tired of things like anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges keeping you from your full potential were not the “norm” … But those days feel like a distant memory. Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that?

You’re in the right place.

I help women and couples just like you: ones that have it within them to be happy and thrive again, but just need the support to get there.

I help my clients relate to others in a healthy way and set healthy boundaries by equipping them with the tools they need to rediscover their self-worth, heal from relationship trauma, and make healthy adjustments. (Therapy in English and Spanish).

My style

I believe in teamwork when it comes to therapy.

Many of today’s solutions for relationship attachment trauma and women’s issues are drawn to one-size-fits-all, leading so many to feel inadequate or meaningless to the person that is supposed to help you. I know that your circumstances are unique, so I commit to create a space for clients that is welcoming and compassionate where you will feel safe, heard, and be participant in every step of the process.

First, we assess the relationship dynamics that are causing current pain and difficulties to relate to yourself and others. Then, we work on cognitive skills and behavior changes that will be most effective for you. Through our work together, you’ll be equipped with the skills and confidence you need to thrive individually and in your relationships.
